it is truly difficult to fully express how i feel about matt here. let's just say i feel...a lot. a lot, a lot of love and magic. i've never experienced such increasing synchronicities before with someone. it is almost frightening yet perfect in the sense that it feels right with the world. last week, we played in a "doll house". it was really just a house that matt's neighbors moved out of but it was a bit eerie since it was very empty. all you can hear is your own voice echo and the sound of creaking floors. then we had a little ice cream party the next night. i don't think i can ever really enjoy eating ice cream as much now unless i'm with him.

"Carefully with dainty,
Fingers, you rescue me,
Dress my wounds,
And replenish me with SWEET SWEET"♪

what started to be just a shopping trip and a dinner turned into a little side-adventure of sorts. on saturday, we passed by a cemetery in providence on our way to a japanese restaurant. it just so happens to be a huge one and on top of that, it was called "swan point" which is very significant to us as we've been coming across swan themes in our life. i'm not going to begin to name them all but it is strange but beautiful. also, hp love craft happens to buried there (i've just found out about this after-the-fact!) so we are definitely adding that to our activity list for hang out #5~! so matt has given me the greatest gifts because it was all created from his heart...

"Gracefully and saintly,
Gather me up in your arms,
I'll be true to you,
I am forever your swan"♪

this blog is probably now 70% matt, 20% fashion, 10% random rambling haha but i don't really care. i want to share how great he is to the world.

APRIL is the cruellest month, breeding
Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing
Memory and desire, stirring
Dull roots with spring rain.
† Life thus far has been very interesting as of winter. I'm sure it will continue this way for the rest of the year as the seasons change. So spring is here, which means the following things: pollen, birds chirping early in the morning, cherry blossoms, foggy days of enchantment, and cool breezes. Now if it's absurdly hot, it bothers me tremendously. I wish to skip to winter right away, I am not ready for the summer sun. However summer nights can be quite mystical.

† I've been getting into fairy kei, mori girl, and sweet lolita things lately. You may see future blog posts about things of that nature. I've been following these tumblers:

great sources for all things japan and kawaii ^_~ I simply can not resist.

This painting above will be mine :) Matt reserved it for me from his art show in Germany from getting sold. He is so amazing and talented! He inspires me in many ways, because he is the most creative person I've ever known in my life. He wrote a couple of poems for me which I shall cherish and is in process of writing a song for me. These things come from his heart and it's the best kind of gift. But these can not compare to just being with him. All I need is to be next to him and all is right with the world ♥
Hang out #3 was very magical and special in its own way. I am a bit selfish and I want to keep these memories to myself but only to reveal some (semi-vague) things in case I forget:
- handmade tent adventures
- battled spiders
- minty chocolate chip icecream ;)
- defining creepyness
- matching jackets
- cathedral critique
- "cheesy" music
- stuffed animal dance
- fancy dinners of duck confit crepes & curry puffs
- "emily temple cute" concert!

The brain appears to possess a special area which we might call
poetic memory and which records everything that charms or
touches us, that makes our lives beautiful ...

many hello's,
as waves of happiness descends upon me after a brief disappearance here. i have lots to tell and mostly of memories, that which will always be remembered and never forgotten. not in a million years, it will forever shine and brightly so in my heart. these memories are kept in a box, and i'm opening some of them up for you.
* continuation of magical hangout no.2 *
- library adventures
- drawing me as an anime character
- "show and tell" keyboard/guitar skills
- looking at matt's drawings as a kid
- reminscing and playing childhood games
- jpop listening session via youtube
- trading clothes
- japanese dinner in providence
- listening to "finally we are no one" as the sun sets
- watching swans @ the wildlife refuge
- being under "the ocean"

now here i return to my castle, the routine settling in again after such a fantastical meeting. i've rescued matt's jeans, they fit me perfectly. we share a lot of things, it's nice.

in the mean time, i am excited to say that hang out no.3 is coming up early next month before matt leaves for his art show in germany. much longing is expected even more so because of "the distance". we have a growing list of activity ideas and one them is to paint together, i can not wait!

in the sunset of dissolution, everything is illuminated by the aura of nostalgia
Out of the bosom of the Air
Out of the cloud-folds of her garments shaken,
Over the woodlands brown and bare,
Over the harvest-fields forsaken,
Silent, and soft, and slow
Descends the snow.
-- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

it is snowing heavily outside, a blizzard is brewing. and when the snow stops falling, the perfect winterscape. like a blanket covering the earth and removing its impurities. this is my favorite season and when it's over, i mourn for it's passing.
so i am sitting in my room and i have matt's flannel shirt draped around me. i can feel the warmth from it, his love. he sent me a lovely package consisting of sweet items and one of them is displayed here. yes, another wonderful drawing! it looks like a grecian artifact, as if he had went on a excavation and found this enchanting mask etched with ornate flowers. i was inspired by this and he inspires me in a way that can not be matched by anyone. the translation of one artform to another is exciting to me. One Lily's drawing of one of my photographs is an example.

love love love,
