acturus is the halloween ghost of the sun

danse macabre

the moon, like a flower
in heaven's high bower,
with silent delight
sits and smiles on the night

metallic crusade

tonight, the moon can guide you to the square of pegasus. has anyone seen hubble's great new images? the universe is a beautiful thing. seeing a star covered sky is a rare treat when you live in a city. it has been unusually warm recently but i sense the dead air is coming as the night falls. mellon collie & the infinite sadness sets the perfect mood for this expression. elements of 90's nostalgia, feelings of lost youth.

When I bought this on cassette way back when(spring 1997)the cardboard box housing both the tapes had a tracklisting looking much like the picture you posted above. The only difference I can recall is that "An Ode to No One" was instead called "Fuck You(An Ode to No One)." It didn't catch my eye when I bought it but my mom ended up seeing it and feverishly scribbled out the "fuck you" bit hahaha. Good memories. I think I even cried to "Stumbleine" on one occassion. I never cared much for "Beautiful."

the "fuck you" bit makes it feel more complete. without it, you don't expect to get that same intensity of full blown RAGE. haha memories like that are priceless. i feel like parents these days are desensitized to hearing little kids yell out profanities.

yeah, "stumbleine" >>> "beautiful". the song that moves me most though is "tonight, tonight" :)

Amazing outfit. Your bracelets are the perfect finishing touch giving just a hint of edge.

Also, a million thanks for your Philadelphia suggestions! We made it there last weekend, but didn't have very much time to see everything. The magic gardens were...well...magic.

no problem, i used to live in philly for about 4 years so it comes with the territory. at least you got to see the magic gardens, its my favorite place!
